Description

As one of the first Account Executives, help shape MelodyArc’s trajectory in revolutionizing customer support. This role will be a mix of tactical and strategic responsibilities ranging from prospecting to providing market feedback and product input.

Research and identify target opportunities. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective customers and long-term strategic partners through product and industry expertise. Promote and share the MelodyArc solution with potential customers. Qualify these customers based on their challenges and fit. Guide customers through the buying journey from initial contact, discovery, buying decision, and implementation, working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and CEO. Provide market and customer feedback, informing go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.

Report to the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a remote position within the United States.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience selling software solutions to medium-sized businesses or enterprise clients in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience executing sales activities across all stages of sales pipeline from prospecting to implementation
  • Ability to connect and partner with prospective customers to promote, sell, and implement MelodyArc
  • Expertise in collaborating with product, operations, and client service teams to enhance client relationships and drive high-value engagements. Provide key prospect feedback to boost company improvement and market position.
  • Natural entrepreneurial instincts; desire to learn and evolve sales process
  • Expertise in e-commerce and/or customer support or strong desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience in customer support or CRM technology

The expected OTE for this role is $120,000-$180,000 depending on skills and experiences, with opportunity for equity and additional incentive pay for high performers.
