Description

In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the MelodyArc platform, product, and the client & customer journey. Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and co-founder, you will create and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with MelodyArc's sales funnel and market positioning. This includes the creation and distribution of engaging content across various channels, including social media, blogs, and copywriting, and day-to-day management of MelodyArc’s website to enhance brand awareness for MelodyArc and MelodyArc CX.

Additionally, the you will be responsible for developing impactful sales collateral and tools, such as pitch/demo presentations, white papers, case studies, and more, to support the sales team and drive customer engagement.

You will stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies as well as leverage market research to identify new opportunities for demand generation and community development.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Product Marketing, or similar role
  • Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns and strategies, preferably for B2B software companies
  • Expertise in collaborating with sales, product, operations, and client service teams. Ability to provide key prospect feedback to boost company improvement and market position.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Natural entrepreneurial instincts; desire to learn and evolve sales process
  • Expertise in e-commerce and/or customer support or strong desire to learn
  • Based in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience in customer support or CRM technology

The expected compensation this role is $80,000-$110,000 depending on skills and experiences, with opportunity for equity and additional incentive pay for high performers.
